Building Tectonics was asked to create a bedroom in the roof space of a very small bedsit bungalow in Milton Keynes. Because of its size and the attachment to the surrounding houses, this particular project proved to be a real challenge.
The building side of things was carried out by our client's brother, who has carried out and completed many successful loft conversions before.
It has proved to be very successful and is likely to be one of the main models for many similar projects in the future.
