Two-storey rear extension in Walton Park, Milton Keynes

Our clients wanted a larger family space opening into the garden with an open-plan modern kitchen. We designed a two-storey rear extension, removing the existing conservatory. The imperative was that it could be useable all year round. We added roof lights and sliding doors to ensure plenty of natural light floods the space. The extension also provides a new bedroom.
